Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres Philippine Province Celebrates 115 Years

of SPC Religious Formation

The Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres Philippine Province joyfully celebrates this year 115 years of SPC Religious Formation—a milestone that reflects God's enduring grace and the congregation's steadfast commitment to forming women for consecration and for mission. With the theme, "Formed in Grace, Living the Mission," the celebration was officially launched in Our Lady of Chartres Convent and in the local communities on June 21, 2026, during the 316th death anniversary of Fr. Louis Chauvet, founder of the congregation of the Sisters of Saint Paul of Chartres, whose life and witness continue to inspire the mission of the Congregation.

The occasion became even more meaningful with the warm welcome extended to the SPC Sisters, especially the past and present formators, who were given special recognition for their years of dedicated service, generous sacrifices, and invaluable contribution to the formation ministry. The celebration was also graced by SPC Sisters and friends from nearby communities whose support and friendship added to the joy of the gathering.

The highlight of the celebration was the Holy Mass presided over by Fr. Vic Sadaya, CMF, where the community gathered in thanksgiving for God's faithfulness throughout the years. Following the Mass, everyone shared in an Agape breakfast, filled with fellowship, laughter, and fun games that strengthened the bonds of the SPC family. It was truly a day of gratitude, joy, and renewed commitment to continue living the mission, formed by God's grace.
